Return Policy – The Lasered Flamingo

Because each item is handcrafted, I do not typically accept returns. However, if you have an issue with your order, please email me at thelaseredflamingo@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

Personalized or custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

• Items must be returned in original, new, and perfect condition.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Any refund issued will be less the original shipping cost paid by The Lasered Flamingo.

• Returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
