Shipping Policy – The Lasered Flamingo

Shipping Costs
I offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. The Lasered Flamingo covers the cost of standard-rate shipping for all items at the time of purchase.

Processing Time
Because each item is handcrafted, processing times may vary depending on the product and current order volume. Please refer to individual product listings for the most accurate production timelines.

Orders are shipped once production is complete.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using standard-rate shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination.

Returns & Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are not included. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping if a return is approved.

Although standard shipping is provided free at checkout, the actual shipping cost paid by The Lasered Flamingo will be deducted from any approved refund.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Lasered Flamingo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delays & Carrier Issues
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier; however, I will gladly assist in filing claims when possible.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at thelaseredflamingo@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item so I can help resolve the issue.
