Large Lion & Elephant Wood Wall Art Made from Exotic Woods

I make this Lion and Elephant wall art set entirely from real hardwoods, using the natural color and grain of each wood to create the design. There’s no paint or stain involved — every tone you see comes straight from the wood itself.

Each panel is cut, engraved, and assembled by me in my workshop. I use a mix of wenge, hickory, cherry, mahogany, lacewood, maple, and walnut, carefully chosen so each piece of the animals flows naturally. Because wood grain is never the same twice, every set has its own unique character.

The lion and elephant are designed as a matching pair, but they can also be hung separately if you want to spread them across a space. The contrast between the darker and lighter woods gives them a bold look that still feels warm and easy to live with.
